Terms & Conditions
The Parenting With The Brain Articles Subscription (hereafter referred to as the Subscription) is intended to provide schools and other educational institutions with information suitable for distribution in newsletters.
Focus Education Australia will maintain editorial control over the content or articles. The articles must be distributed intact and must not be edited in such a way as to alter the meaning of the work or to imply endorsement or otherwise of products and services not originally referred to by the article’s author.
The intellectual property contained within these articles, including all text and imagery remains the property of Focus Education Australia Pty. Ltd.
The articles must be distributed with all disclaimers, references and copyright notices intact.
The Subscription will be two (2) calendar years or a maximum quota of sixty (60) articles, whichever is exceeded first. The period of usage of the articles is for two (2) years from the date of subscription.
Focus Education will provide access for the subscriber to download articles from the Focus Education website for the period of the subscription or until the download quota has been reached.
The Subscription provides a site specific license for the subscriber to copy and distribute the articles for non-commercial use for the period of the subscription only.
Focus Education Australia Pty. Ltd. Reserve the right to immediately terminate the Subscription and exclude the subscriber from access to the articles for malicious use of the website or if any of these terms and conditions are breached.
Focus Education Australia will not provide refunds for the balance of any outstanding quotas or subscription periods if the subscription is terminated by the subscriber or Focus Education Australia.

The Subscription period is for two (2) calendar years. The cost of the subscription is A$220.00 including G.S.T. (international subscribers do not pay the 10% G.S.T.)
